📄1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and hbije ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hbije website available at https://hbije.org and all associated services, games, tools and features offered through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or uses the platform in any way.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the hbije platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. hbije reserves the right to update these Terms at any time and will provide reasonable notice where possible. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to hbije is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are eligible before registering or placing any wager on the platform. hbije does not condone underage gambling under any circumstances.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must register using your own true identity. Fictitious or borrowed identities are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that hbije participates in or be excluded by court order or similar authority from gambling activities.

hbije reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age or to have provided false information during registration, their account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and all deposited funds may be returned minus any bonus amounts previously credited.

To access the full range of hbije services you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires only one account per player, per household, and per device. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the platform.

• Each player may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information at registration and for updating your profile if your details change.
• hbije implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• hbije reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account without notice if the platform reasonably believes an account has been registered fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Account verification is a standard security measure. Players who have not completed KYC verification may find that withdrawal requests are placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. hbije aims to process KYC requests within 2 to 5 business days of receiving all required documents. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing funds.

hbije supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as straightforward as possible for players. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. hbije does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• hbije does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may levy their own transaction charges, which are outside hbije's control.

hbije reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the player. Players who fail to provide the requested documentation within the specified time period may have their withdrawal requests cancelled and the funds returned to their account balance pending re-submission.

hbije offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms. Individual promotions may also carry additional terms specific to that offer, which will be stated clearly at the point of claiming.

• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover amount for each promotion will be disclosed at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses can only be used for the games or game categories specified in the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, free spins are valid on designated slot games only.
• Each player is entitled to claim any welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts constitute a violation of these Terms.
• hbije reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of bonus abuse, system errors, or other circumstances outside the platform's control.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins will be forfeited if a player requests a withdrawal before the applicable wagering requirement has been met, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

hbije does not guarantee that any promotion will be available at any particular time or for any particular period. Promotional offers are made at the sole discretion of hbije and may be withdrawn without prior notice. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied to their account should contact support immediately.

All games available on the hbije platform are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate under independently verified RNG systems where applicable. The following general rules also apply to all game play on hbije.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, all affected bets will be voided and any stakes involved returned to the player's account balance.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of external software, bots, exploits, or any other means is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• hbije reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or placed after a sporting event or game outcome has already been determined.
• Live casino outcomes are determined in real time by physical processes (cards , dice, roulette wheels) observable via live video stream. hbije makes no warranty regarding the uninterrupted availability of live casino streams, which depend on third-party studio infrastructure.

🔒7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. hbije will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hbije support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your hbije account and do not reuse it across other websites or services.
• hbije is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
• Do not access your hbije account from shared or public devices. Always log out after each session and clear any saved passwords from shared browsers.

🚫8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbije platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live casino games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors on the platform for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

hbije employs risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, hbije may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, all funds in the account may be permanently forfeited.

hbije is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and encourage all players to use them proactively. Gambling should remain a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a way to recover losses or to generate income.

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits directly from their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a temporary time-out period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account cannot be used for any gaming activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbije shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. hbije's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

hbije does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond hbije's reasonable control (including acts of God, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures) may temporarily affect platform availability. hbije will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances but accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions.

All content on the hbije platform — including but not limited to the hbije brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and any other material — is the property of hbije or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the hbije platform without prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use hbije's intellectual property other than as strictly necessary to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.

hbije reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hbije will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the hbije platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

hbije reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if hbije has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Upon termination, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding funds obtained through bonus abuse or prohibited conduct) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any pending investigations are resolved. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the hbije platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with hbije support should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. hbije will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receipt of a formal written complaint. hbije does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific court and disputes will be handled through the platform's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.
